1. How long will it take to receive my order?
We aim to process and ship your order within 1-3 business days. Please note that processing times may vary during holidays, sales events, or unforeseen circumstances. We strive to fulfill orders as quickly as possible and will notify you of any delays. Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 4 to 10 business days. You’ll receive a tracking number via email to keep you updated on your parcel’s journey.
2. What are the shipping charges?
We’re happy to offer free shipping across Australia! Enjoy your shopping without worrying about extra costs.
3. Can I return a product if I’m not happy with it?
Absolutely! We offer a hassle-free 30-day return policy from the day you receive your order for unused items in their original condition and packaging. If the product is non-faulty, you, the customer, are responsible for return shipping costs. Alternatively, you can opt for store credit at Isla Couture, and we’ll issue a full refund in the form of a gift card valid for 6 months. If you choose this option, we will cover return shipping costs. This amount will be added to your store credit gift card. 4. What if the product is damaged or faulty when it arrives?
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please get in touch with us right away at support@islacouture.com. Include a brief description of the issue and photos to help us assist you quickly. We’ll make it right as soon as possible.
5. Can I cancel my order after placing it?
Yes, you can cancel your order within 24 hours of making your purchase. To do so, contact our support team immediately at support@islacouture.com. Once the order has been processed or shipped, cancellations won’t be possible.
6. How do I track my shipment?
Once your order has been shipped, we’ll email you a tracking number. You can track your parcel here and follow the progress of your delivery at any time.
7. Do you offer international shipping?
At the moment, we ship exclusively to Australia. However, we’re working on expanding our delivery options, so keep an eye out for updates!
